A total of 10 boys’ basketball games, including three postseason games, will make air in 2017 on Florida Sports Talk in Gainesville (92.1 FM & 1230 AM) and Ocala (100.1 FM & 900 AM). Audio of the all the games will also be streamed ‘live’ and ‘archived’ online at ThePrepZone.com.

Friday, Jan. 20 – VANGUARD at FOREST (OCALA) – 7A-District 4 showdown from Marion County; first meeting of the season between the two city rivals
Tuesday, Jan. 24 – GAINESVILLE at FOREST (OCALA) – the visiting Hurricanes won the first meeting by just one point on November 29; Alachua County meets Marion County in this key Class 7A-District 4 game
Thursday, Jan. 26 – VANGUARD (OCALA) at GAINESVILLE – both teams were in the state playoffs 2015 as GHS won the district title and Vanguard was the runner-up; rematch of the game won by Vanguard in overtime on Dec. 9
Tuesday, Jan. 31 – GAINESVILLE at BUCHHOLZ (GAINESVILLE) – city rivalry from Gainesville
